The HML contract will be managed by the following team in the HR Service

The role of the Client team is to be the interface between the University and HML and specifically
Management and monitoring of the HML contract including service performance against service level standards and performance indicators
Ensuring connectivity of HML service to our wider Health and Wellbeing Strategy and Juice offering
Relationship management interface between University , the customer base and HML
Planning and managing the central budget and payment of service invoices
Receipt and review of management and performance information on service activity
Understanding trends analysis in service use, areas of demand and significant health issues identified to facilitate as appropriate targeted support and /or intervention
Working with HML to ensure ongoing service development which complements our wider Health and Wellbeing strategy
Management of communications within the University
The internal escalation point for service issues and complaints
