Our Peptides
Highly pure peptides (up to >98%) from mg to gram scale
incorporating a range of modifications and functionalities
Stable isotope labelled peptides for protein quantification via mass
spectrometry and tryptic digest studies.
Dye labelled peptides for fluorescent work including FRET. Dyes
include Alexa Fluor®, Bodipy®, Oregon Green®, CyDyes™, IRDyes®, Chromis dyes, Atto-Tec, CAL Fluor®, Quasar® and more.
Multiple set peptides for epitope mapping, SARS and enzyme
profiling. Typically small quantities of large numbers of sequences
supplied in plate format at a lower purity.

CRB has been a provider of first class custom antibodies to the

CRB’s polyclonal antibody generation service. Peptide and
protein directed polyclonal antibodies, specialisms include
phospho-specific and other PTM directed antibodies.
CRB’s monoclonal antibody service. Full service monoclonal
antibody production from antigenic prediction through to scaleup and purification. Neutralising and idiotypic antibodies are a
speciality. New academic packages available.
Distribution
CRB also distributes various products within the UK to enable researchers
to access reagents which may otherwise be difficult to source or purchase.

Peptide nucleic acid (PNA) on behalf of Panagene Inc (South
Korea) including custom PNA, fmoc monomers, PANArrays,
PNA Telomere and centromere probes and globin reduction
PNA.
Europium tools on behalf of BNPS including custom labelling
services, GTPase and ER kits and further assay development
tools
Fluorescent dye labelling kits on behalf of Cyangen
NP and NIP products (haptens) from Biosearch which can be
coupled to proteins to generate immunological agents for raising
antibodies
