Causes
- Sitting and bad posture
- Spinal Tearing
- Constant and repetitive movement
- Mental strongholds
- Cold temperatures
- Prolonged work periods, sans break
- Fatigue
Symptoms/Effects
- Tender joints
- Pain in affected areas
- Pulsating sensation
- Tingling
- Loss of sensation/strength
Types of R.S.I.
- Type one and type two (Diffuse R.S.I.)
- First type is categorized by specific symptoms
- Type two is categorized by non-specific symptoms
- X-rays and blood tests (T-two)
- Extreme sensitivity
Work Pressure
- Employers put stress on employees to work
- Deadlines require too much from employees
- All work and no breaks
- Kentucky requires 30 min. meal break and two 10 min. rest breaks (8 Hours)
Treatment
- Permanent damage is permanent
- Cut back on hurtful routines/habits
- Medication
- Surgery
- Physiotherapy and regular exercise
- Cold/Hot packs
-Deal with it before it’s an issue
