• Financial award administration and management

• Effort reporting

• Close-out of awards

University policies & sponsor regulations, including new

UG

• Reports

• One-on-one training, as needed

• Clear & effective communication

• Mentoring/coaching admins, if & as needed

Continue with on-site visits by the current Post-award Grant Manager at

SMAST off-campus locations, upon request, mostly one-on-one, or with

Mike Marino (MM)

Provide the same model of support on pre-award side following a working model on post-award for SMAST faculty
