CONDITIONS
1.
Amount of work may be increased or decreased and any item may be omitted and substituted
in accordance with the requirement of the University t and no claim on this account shall be
entertained.
2.
No claim shall be entertained on account of increase in price of labour or materials due to any
cause whatsoever.
3.
Nothing shall be paid for rejected work.
4.
Earnest money shall be deposited in shape of bank draft/ pay order in favour of Registrar,
B.P.S.M.V., Khanpur Kalan.
5.
The Registrar shall have the right of rejecting all or any of the tenders.
6.
Actual quantities of completed and accepted work shall only be paid.
7.
The rate to be quoted by the agency should be inclusive of all taxes and surcharge. These
should be for complete work in all respect.
8.
The quantities of item given in the schedule are tentative. These can be increased or
decreased.
9.
The tender without earnest money will not be considered valid.
10. Conditional tenders are liable to out right rejection.
11.
4% sale tax and 2% income tax + surcharge + 2% Education cess or as applicable shall be
deducted from the gross amount of each bill to be paid to be agency.
12. Any dispute arising out of this agreement, the jurisdiction of the court will be at Sonepat
13. Validity of tender will be fifteen days.
