CRC LEADERSHIP & PLANNING SUMMIT

9:30 AM – 3:00 PM (lunch will be provided)
You are cordially invited to participate in a college visioning session related to
refreshing/revising our college’s mission, vision and values statement and collecting information
that will inform the development of key college goals. We are inviting roughly 100 of our
campus’ constituency leaders to be present, and are working diligently to make the half-day
gathering fruitful and enjoyable. It is our sense that this exercise can reaffirm what we are
proud of and begin to describe who we aspire to be as an emerging, growing institution.
Specific Goals
· To revisit, derive consensus and refresh the Campus Vision, Mission and Values Statement
· To collect information that will inform the development of key college goals in the areas of:
access and growth, student success, teaching and learning effectiveness, organizational
effectiveness and community and economic development
· To create a shared sense of our collective future as leaders of various campus constituencies
· To build community across campus constituencies
