John F. and Celeste M. Loughman Scholarship APPLICATION INFORMATION 2012-2013 The English Department invites rising junior and senior English majors to apply for scholarship money for the 2012-2013 academic year. Thanks to a generous bequest from former English professor Celeste M. Loughman, we are able to award six scholarships: two (2) in the amount of $2,000 each and four (4) in the amount of $1,000 each.
