TITLE: THE LIFT PROJECT - COLLATERAL WARRANTY
RECOMMENDATIONS:
That the Council enters into the Deed of Collateral Warranty with Salford PCT and
Vearncombe Associates Ltd
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Vearncombe Associates Ltd have undertaken survey work in connection with the MAST
LIFT project for the PCT. Through entering into the Deed of Collateral Warranty the Council
can take the benefit of the warranties which the company gave to the PCT in relationship to
this work.

DETAILS
Vearncombe Associates Ltd have undertaken property surveys in connection
with the MAST LIFT project.
In order that both the Council and Salford PCT can rely on the work provided,
Bevan Ashford, solicitors to the MAST LIFT project have prepared a Deed of
Collateral Warranty to be signed by the Company, Council and the PCT.
There is no fee payable and entering into the Deed of Collateral Warranty is
beneficial to the Council.
