Through entering into the Deed of Collateral Warranty the Council can take the benefit of the warranties which the company gave to the PCT in relationship to this work. In order that both the Council and Salford PCT can rely on the work provided, Bevan Ashford, solicitors to the MAST LIFT project have prepared a Deed of Collateral Warranty to be signed by the Company, Council and the PCT.
