RECOMMENDATIONS :
That the current position be noted
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY :
Previous reports to lead member have explained the scope and targets for achieving the socalled e-Government Priority Service Outcomes. This report confirms that all of the
REQUIRED targets will be met by December 2005.
The attached graph summarises the position for each of the service areas involved and an explanation will be provided at the meeting
Future emphasis will be on how we can increase citizen take-up of the new service choices
