RECOMMENDATIONS:
1. That a leaflet be produced to provide advice to applicants on the submission of applications for
listed building consent
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The purpose of this report is to obtain feedback on the draft leaflet providing guidance to applicants
on the submission of applications for listed building consent. The aim is to produce a leaflet providing
guidance to applicants on the level of information required to accompany applications for listed
building consent, the aim being to improve the standard of submissions and to improve the quality of
developments. The leaflet is required as part of Best Value Performance Indicator 205 – Quality of
Service Checklist.
