relating to 93 cases
 Window Cleaning contract – approval to the tender of CG
Cleaning in the sum of £154,915.91 over the initial three year
period (1st July 2004, to 30th June, 2007) and £261,260.52 over a
possible five year period; that the Director of Corporate Services
be authorised to negotiate an optional two year extension (on an
annual basis) to 30th June, 2009 subject to satisfactory
performance during the initial contract period
