COUNCIL CONSTITUTION - PROPOSED AMENDMENTS
RECOMMENDATION:
THAT the proposed amendments to the Council Constitution as set out in the
Appendix to this report be approved.

This report contains a number of suggested amendments to the Council
Constitution.

been replaced by Public
Library Position Statements
and Standards Reports.

than forming part of the
policy framework.
