ACTION
That a report regarding the outcomes of premises
applications be submitted to the Panel on a quarterly basis.
Deputy Director of Environment to provide a further update
with regard to GMP CCTV conditions it was requested at the
Panel meeting held on 23.12.10 that this subject be
reviewed in 6 months.
That the Head of Democratic Services provides the Panel

decision of the Licensing Panel.
That the Licensing Section provides the Panel with answers

That Tracy Barr clarifies the law in relation to private hire
and hackney vehicles providing infant seats.
That the conditions that apply for the installation and running
of CCTV in private hire vehicles and hackney carriage
vehicles be supplied to the Panel.
