ACTION
That a report regarding the outcomes of premises
applications be submitted to the Panel on a quarterly basis.
Deputy Director of Environment to provide a further update
with regard to GMP CCTV conditions it was requested at the
Panel meeting held on 23.12.10 that this subject be
reviewed in 6 months.
That the Head of Democratic Services contacts the Lead
Member and Strategic Director of Environment to propose
that it is ensured that the Licensing Regulatory Panel are
consulted on all policies before they are signed off by the
Lead Member.
That the Head of Democratic Services provides the Panel
with a copy of the terms of reference for the Licensing
