PURPOSE OF REPORT.
To seek approval to the letting of the above premises to Anthony Walker trading as
Marketing and Sales Solutions for use as an office at a rent of £3, 750.00 per annum,
exclusive of rates and other outgoings, payable monthly inadvance by standing order,
subject to an initial three month rent free period. (One quarters rent to be paid upon
entry.)
RECOMMENDATION.
I recommend that the Lead Member approves the transaction as detailed below.
INFORMATION.
The premises are currently vacant. The proposed main heads of terms for the Lease
are as follows:
