PURPOSE OF REPORT.
To seek approval for the granting of formal Landlord’s Consent for the above under
the terms of
the existing lease agreement.

Under the terms of the lease, the Operator has the right to upgrade the telecommunications
equipment with Landlord’s Consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or
delayed.
The details of the proposed upgrade have been approved by Housing Services and the
Structures Division.
Planning Consent has also been granted in respect of this application.
