PURPOSE OF REPORT.
To seek approval for the granting of formal Landlord’s Consent for the above under
the terms of
the lease agreement.

Under the terms of the lease, the Lessee has the right to install additional equipment with
Landlord’s Consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
An application has been received to install additional equipment consisting of four dishes, the
details of which have been approved by Housing Services and the Structures Division.
Planning consent has also been granted in respect of this application
