The site has previously been declared surplus to requirements by Housing Services but the
future use of the site has yet to be resolved.The site has been subject to a large amount of flytipping.
A condition of use will be that the site is cleared of fly-tipped material and handed
back in a
clean and secure state at the end of the period of occupation.
