NS-RICKENBACKER PARKING PLAN EFFECTIVE 1-3-14
Effective 1-3-14, Rickenbacker-NS will begin phasing in the following new parking arrangements. This
will take a few days to become completely effective, but as you park your units brought in the gate, or
are looking for units to pick up and out-gate, please use the following instructions to help us make this a
smooth and fast transition.
T-3
This will be the new “empty line” for empty EMHU.PLEASE BEGIN PARKING ALL IN-GATE
EMPTIES HERE.
G1-G6 Currently used for parking of loads taken off inbound trains, or loads to be picked up and outgated. These may also overflow to T lots as necessary.
T1-T5 Please park all in-gated units in correct parking spot. If the lot is full notify the office the new lot
the unit is parked in. Once again, PLEASE BEGIN DOING THIS IMMEDIATELY.
C3-C4 Gravel chassis lots in the back for parking bare chassis. All bare chassis go to chassis lot.
CY1-CY2 Empty Kline 20’ 40’ and 45’ containers.
H1 to left as you enter the yard, reserved for the use of JB hunt. (T4 is only for overflow JB HUNT
equipment)
