Dear Mr. Cruise,
Many thanks for your return fax dated Jan. 13. Your comments have also been
noted with our best attention.
We are regretful that we are unable to offer you any discount because our
profit margin doesn’t allow us any concession. We have to point out, however,
that though our products are higher in price than similar products, their quality
is far superior to those of other manufacturers. Please kindly understand that
we have already quoted you our best prices, so it’s hard to have any price cut
or discount.
As to the payment term, we can only accept is L/C draft at sight. We are sorry
to say again that we cannot quote you by the term of “30 days after shipment.”
However, we still hope that both of us can work together for Asian market.
Your kind acceptance to the above is highly appreciated. We look forward to
your prompt confirmation soon.
