Applications Support Specialist Purpose Purpose: To assist in testing of new bundles released by Oracle, create and distribute correspondence to students. Create queries for program compliance and operation. Act as office liaison with OIT. Develop and test new and/or enhanced system functionality. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Two+ years of university or college with coursework in computing , information systems or related field. Six months experience with a proficient understanding of relational database, client-server concepts, and computer programming, understanding of all phases of the application development life cycle, and a strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel). Certifications in supported technologies. Excellent organization, teamwork, problem-solving, and communication (verbal and written) skills. Ability to work well with people in all levels of the organization.
