Purpose
Purpose:
To assist in testing of new bundles released by Oracle, create and distribute
correspondence to students. Create queries for program compliance and operation.
Act as office liaison with OIT. Develop and test new and/or enhanced system
functionality.
Essential Functions
Function 1:
Bundle Testing
15 % Time
Function 2:
Creating missing information letters and award notifications.
25 % Time
Function 3:
Create queries as needed for operational efficiency and program complicance.
20 % Time

Develop and test new and/or enhanced system functionality.

Act as office liaison with OIT.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Two+ years of university or college with coursework in computing , information
systems or related field. Six months experience with a proficient understanding of
relational database, client-server concepts, and computer programming,
understanding of all phases of the application development life cycle, and a strong
MS Office skills (Word, Excel). Certifications in supported technologies. Excellent
organization, teamwork, problem-solving, and communication (verbal and written)
skills. Ability to work well with people in all levels of the organization. Applicants

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, CSE or related field. 1 year experience
providing technical support, such as testing, coding and de-bugging software
applications. Ability to design, code, test and install complex computer programs
based on technical specifications using Enterprise standard development tools.
