Manager Purpose Purpose: Manages operations of the EHS Program. Manages and supervise workload and performance of the program. Responsible for quality assurance of the program and for the outcome of the function of the department. Facilitate all Marketing and Catalog projects. Recruit, develop and supervise instructors. Manage curriculum. Essential Functions Function 1: Supervise/evaluate Coordinator (2) and staff daily operational tasks. Maintain files and records of internal and external program human resources, facilitate scheduling and payments. Manage overall scheduling and logistics of open enrollment/contract courses to support program objectives, responsible for quality control of catalog design. 20 % Time Function 2: Support/facilitate program improvements to include process and internal control implementation. 10 % Time Function 3: Facilitate team activities in response to client requests for proposals. 10 % Time Function 4: Supports curriculum development. 20 % Time Function 5: Supports marketing. 10 % Time Function 6: New instructor identification and current instructor corps development. 20 % Time Function 7: Manage and support program goals by compiling and analyzing financial and training data for reporting to leadership and external sponsors. 10 % Time Marginal/Incidental Functions Marginal/Incidental Functions: Other functions as assigned. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of Management experience. Background in Adult Education, EHS knowledge and experience, Staff Management experience.
