Purpose
Purpose:
Responsible for management of the Financial Literacy Program. Performs complex managerial
work providing direction and guidance in strategic operations and planning. Work involves
establishing the strategic plan, goals and objectives; developing policies; reviewing guidelines,
procedures, rules and regulations.
Essential Functions
Function 1:
Develop and conduct presentations and workshops across campus involving students, faculty and
staff.
30 % Time
Function 2:
Oversee all operations in regard to program services, including marketing of the program.
30 % Time
Function 3:
Supervises Employees
30 % Time
Function 4:
Manages budget and other financial responsibilities of the program.
10 % Time

Other functions as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of related work in finance, management or marketing, previous
educational working environment. Applicants must include in their online resume the following

school name, degree type, major, graduated or not, and hours completed if not graduated.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree with 5 years of experience managing a student money management/financial
literacy program. At least 5 years in higher education environment. Certified in financial literacy
helpful. At least 3 years of upper management experience.
