Director Purpose Purpose: Responsible for management of the Financial Literacy Program. Performs complex managerial work providing direction and guidance in strategic operations and planning. Work involves establishing the strategic plan, goals and objectives; developing policies; reviewing guidelines, procedures, rules and regulations. Essential Functions Function 1: Develop and conduct presentations and workshops across campus involving students, faculty and staff. 30 % Time Function 2: Oversee all operations in regard to program services, including marketing of the program. 30 % Time Function 3: Supervises Employees 30 % Time Function 4: Manages budget and other financial responsibilities of the program. 10 % Time Marginal/Incidental Functions Marginal/Incidental Functions: Other functions as assigned. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of related work in finance, management or marketing, previous educational working environment.
