Coordinator Purpose Purpose: The general areas of responsibility for this position include recruitment, screening, orientation and ongoing support of bachelor and master?s level social work students and Department of Family and Protective Services, CPS employees participating in the Title IV-E Stipend Program. Coordination of field placement for Essential Functions Function 1: Cordination of all training for DFPS staff and foster parents along with special events/conferences provided by the Center for Child Welfare. 50 % Time Function 2: Teaching block field seminar class for BSW stipend students and supervision of administrative support staff is also expected. This person is required to work closely with DFPS administrators at the regional and state level who support the Title IV-E Contract in addition to UTA Office of Social Work Admissions, Office of Field Instruction, Scholarships and Grants and Contracts. 50 % Time Marginal/Incidental Functions Marginal/Incidental Functions: Other related functions as assigned.
