Executive summary
Please provide a brief
description of the trip and the
activities planned.
The focus of the trip is primarily hiking, with some sightseeing and “local color”
experience – such as visiting the Elk Preserve and evenings in downtown Jackson Hole.
Most of the best hikes in the area are strenuous; however we will try to moderate the
requirements by offering a second option hike on days where the most difficult hikes will
be done (9+ miles and 3000’ elevation gain). There are a sufficient number of hikes in
the 6-9 mile range, with up to 2000’ elevation gain to allow lots of choices depending on
the group.
Condos, 2 bedroom/2 bath with 4 per unit, possibly a single bedroom or a 3 bedroom
unit can be substituted depending on group demographics
Merri has led a prior trip here in 2005 and Jan has visited on her own

get more out of the trip, as well as providing commentary during hikes or at evening

*Note: Sometimes additional moneys may be returned at a later date, if a cancellee’s
