This a planned walking trip in the foothills of the Dolomites. We will be staying in one
location and taking our daily walking treks in South Tyrol availing ourselves of the local
transportation using the Ritten Card. [see explanation of Ritten Card in later section of
application.]

Breakfast and dinner is included with our hotel reservation. Lunch on bus tour provided.

We will use local transportation. The hotel will provide us with the Ritten Card which
gives us free access to most trains and busses in South Tirol. Any additional local
transportation will be on our own.

The South Tyrol area of Italy has a rich tradition of walking and hiking. Nestled
at the foothills of the Dolomites, there are walking and hiking trails crisscrossing the entire area. We will also spend a day in Bolzano and hope to visit
the world famous Otzi, the Ice Man, at the South Tyrol Museum of
Archaeology.

•Pharmacy Service [130]. An online service provided by the Autonomous Province of
South Tyrol lists all the pharmacies in South Tyrol including the pharmacies which are
open during the night or in non-working days. There are 25 pharmacies throughout the
city.
