mission of the AMC?
www.outdoors.org/about/mission.cfm
Local Outfitter is a former National Park Ranger and guide from this very region.
He will be using his experience and contacts to introduce us to various
conservation concepts in the mountain parks - as well as taking us to interpretive
centers he has worked in before. AMC is also supporting the Canadian National
Parks efforts by contrbuting towards park user fees (daily) and by following
´leave no trace´ ethics throughout the trip.
