Revised July 2008
The cost of the trip from the outfitter is 1064 Euro. At an exchange rate of 1.42 that is
$1512. A 1.5% transfer rate by TD Bank is $22.68 per participant. That total is rounded
to $1535. When looking at the cost proposal, on line 11 - "Lodging including meals"
that the total cost is the same in both columns. The reason is that we are paying for the
entire boat which sleeps up to 21 persons. In order to keep this cost effective, we are
making 14 our minimum and 19 our maximum. Because we have a guide, leader, and
co-leader, we feel we can take the maximum if need be. This would result in a
substancial refund to each participant.
20% deposit 90 days prior
90 days prior only if it does not interfere with the trip's status.
$800.00 due with application; $800 due March 1; and balance of $750 due May 1.
Full refund if the trip does not run. Individuals may cancel 90 days prior if it does not
interfere with the trip's status.
