For cancellations received before June 1st, 2011 money will be refunded less $100.00 and any expenditures that have already occurred or will occur and can not be avoided. Airline tickets once bought, belong to the individual. After June1st, 2011 a refund will only be made if the leaders can replace you on the trip from a waiting list. You may forfeit the entire trip fee. Cancellations will not be allowed to increase the cost to other trip participants or the leaders.
