This trip will commence and end in Catania, Sicily, Italy. This is primarily an easy to
intermediate road biking trip with van support. The trip will begin with a guided hike of
Mt. Etna. It will end with a full day of touring Syracusa's archaeological ruins.
Additionally a half-day cooking school embracing the Sicilian cuisine will be a midpoint biking highlig

The very nature of this trip focuses on conservation, education, and recreation. We will
be learning about the history, culture, and archaeology of Sicily. Our guide for our Mt.
Etna hike will be versed in the aspects of volcanos, flora, and fauna of Etna.
