Where in the world am I from?

As we study about our world, you will be creating a poster and presentation about your family and their country of origin. Listed below are the requirements:

Interview parents and grandparents and ask what country they immigrated to America from or what country their ancestors came from.

Choose one( or two) of the countries. Pick the one you feel that traditions are still being practiced in your home. DO NOT CHOOSE

THE USA unless you have Native American ancestry.

Gather three or four pictures from internet resources or hand drawings. Some suggestions are: the country flag, clothing, foods, points of interest.

List five to seven facts about the country you chose

List at least three traditions that are practiced from this country.

You will present this in a short presentation in front of the class

I will give the paper and these will be assembled in school.
