Owing to the tsunami in Japan ,our cooperative company Toyota has
ceased to supply auto parts to overseas clients.The memo highlights the
current stock quantity available .
1. Current stock quantity：Count the auto parts quantity that our
cooperative company Toyota supplied before the tsunami in Japan
2. Instant demand： If the amount of the quantity available for
company’s agent at Oakland is insufficient to satisfy the desire ,the
influence would include the following:
◇Reduce the trust(the relationshipbetween the company and the
company’s agent would be weaker. )
◇Benefit loss(the cost of our company would be increase)
3. Policy：For the emergency,we have to make the urgent plan to deal with.
◆ Make the auto parts assembly (use the quantity available to make an
instant delivery for the company’s agent)
◆ Find the other supply company(in order to satisfy the demand and
keep supply stable,we have to find the other cooperative company )
