SUBJECT: About Goods Export Suggestions
The Export Manufacturing Company has been stop export, because the loading
equipment in Kaohsiung port has been damaged by typhoon, and goods lot 208 thus
needs to be transported by land to Taichung port in three days. This is very important
because our agent in Oakland, California is in urgent need of the goods.
I hope this changes will take effect December 20. Your efforts to implement them will
help improve the efficiency of the export, the quality of your documents, and the
productivity of the company
