I. PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Before leaving Norway

university?
I received information on email in the end of November
-
Any difficulties in preparing (application, housing, contact, courses, etc)?
The overview of courses I could choose came a littlebit late, but everything
else was easy.
Travel
- How did you travel to your destination? Any problems?
I took the plane from Gardermoen (Oslo) to Budapest. From Budapest to Pecs
did I take a minivan called travel4you. This cost around 210 NOK, pick you
up at the airport and drive you to the door in Pecs. You can order this from
travel4you.hu and its recommended to do.
Housing
- Was housing provided by the university, or did you have to find your own
housing?
I was offered to live at Borzokany collegium, but I rented an apartment
instead. I rented an apartment because the information about housing came
late from the school, and I didn’t know about the standard. I found an
apartment, by writing on “ANSA Pecs” Facebook page, and was offered a
place to live. I lived in a very nice place for around 2000 NOK a month.

Pecs was Europe´s culture capital in 2010, so you could see a lot of Hungarian
culture in this city. Almost every weekend from April was it a form for a
festival in the city. The student organization also organized a trip to places
