4TH WOMEN ON BOARD INTERNATIONAL
RESEARCH CRUISE WORKSHOP
16-19 MARCH 2013

I am very happy to tell you that you have been accepted to the Women on Board Cruise
workshop that will take place on Color Magic between Oslo-Kiel and Kiel Oslo 17-19 March.
The cruise starts on Sunday 17th at 1200 and ends on Tuesday 19th at 10am. All participants
are invited to join social activities in Oslo during the evening of Saturday 16th. We have made
a reservation for you on board in a three star inside double cabin, but you are invited to make
an upgrade of cabin if you prefer this and space permits. The costs for the cruise are euro 290.
This includes cabin, all meals and snack at the conference room. Cost for upgrades depends
on class (3-5 stars), location (inside, atrium or outside), single/double room and single/double
beds.
In Oslo on Saturday 16th we expect that most of the participants will stay at Thon Stefan. It is
recommended that you make hotel reservation as soon as possible. If you arrive in Oslo on
Sunday morning then you will be able to take the airport express train to Oslo Central Station
and then take a taxi to the Color Line terminal. Train leave from the airport terminal all ten
minutes and the ride will only take about 20 minutes. An alternative will be to take the airport
express train that goes to Drammen and exit at the National Theatre station. From there you
may either walk (about 20 minutes) or take a taxi. Every second airport express train stops at
the Nathional Theatre station.

There are cabins with two single beds and a double beds depending on availablity
