UNHCE County Advisory Council Program Feedback Form
One of the most important roles of a County Advisory Council is to communicate their county’s programmatic
needs to Extension and to help assess the effectiveness of Extension programming in meeting those needs. This
form provides one important avenue for Extension to collect this input.
