Subject: Investigation and deployment of warehouse stock
The tsunami in Japan caused tremendous damage, and one of the consequences is that
our cooperative company Toyota has ceased to supply auto parts to overseas clients.
As a result, our export of auto parts assembly has been delayed.
1. Survey:


All the stock of the warehouse.
The number of individual customer needs.
2. Notify all relevant client and the department this message.
3. Appropriate adjustments to shipping, do not cause out of stock.
Supplier is not normal shipping in the hope of controlling the number of warehouses.
