Dear Warehouse Manager,
The super typhoon has damaged our goods and influenced our original shipping
date. There is the only solution to remedy our delay through shipping by load. I
have informed all my staffs of export department repacking up carefully and deliver
them as possible as they must achieve. That is because qualification of our agent is
the priority of our business. Therefore, no matter what happened to us, we will not
destroy our record. I totally guaranteed that the agent is surely to receive the
goods without any complaints and asking for our compensation.
