Dear warehouse manager：
Due to the impact of typhoons, the original shipment plan was on Dec 13. The
loading equipment in Kaohsiung port was damaged and it can not be used until 2011
Jan. Therefore, we must transport the material goods by land to Taichung port. It
takes three days, so we change the shipment date on Dec 16. Our client very needs
this merchandise and it is an alternative method. If we delivery this merchandise to
the US customers smoothly. We don’t need to pay compensation for breach of
contract. Please full support this emergency case.
