If I had lived one hundred years ago, I would have lived a simple life. I could
have lived in China, because the war that I was forced to move to Taiwan. Because I
couldn’t have used cellphone, I couldn’t communicate immediately. I could have used
the candle instead of the light; otherwise I would live in the dark when the night
comes. I would have any chance to study, because I need to work for the money. I
would have lived a self-sufficient life so that I have food to eat. I would not have used
air conditioner, if the sun was hot. I would have married before twenty years old; it is
common to see in that generation. All in all, if I had lived one hundred years ago, I
would have lived a quite tough but free life.
