Form A – Supt.
Dear Superintendent:
The Neag School of Education is very proud to be ranked with the top graduate schools of education, with five
programs ranked in the top 25. As a Superintendent in Connecticut, you hold a unique perspective about the
product of the programs. We’d greatly appreciate your input as to accomplishment of our graduates and what
could be done to enhance our programs.
We are asking you to take 10-15 minutes from your busy schedule to kindly complete and submit this survey to
us. We are asking you to provide information about our programs for teaching, guidance counselor, school
psychology, intermediate administrator, and executive leadership. All information gathered will be confidential as
only group results will be reported. This data will assist in our evaluation of our programs and be used for
accreditation purposes. Thus, it is very important to gather responses from employers. Please return this survey
using the self-address stamped envelope by April 20.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey and help us advance the quality of our programs at the
Neag School of Education.
Sincerely,
Mary Yakimowski
Director of Assessment
