Abstract:
THEORY OF NEW FORMS OF POPULAR
MEDIA CONSUMPTION
This text examines the methodology and new forms of media consumption in popular arts
industry. The text will be focused on methodological paradigms of the visual media and its
relation to the media consumption industry today. The main interest in this field becomes the
metamorphosis of thought due to new technologies form of popular media arts which
provides new ways for focalisation of the digital arts and context of e- consumption. Digital
arts, as new forms of popular media consumption, become a cultural product/cultural artifact
that are strongly determined by intermedia and intercultural relations of popular culture
society in the post postindustrial age of electronic communications.
