Questions
#1 What situations have you found stressful? How did you manage the stress?
#2 Have you seen any examples of the General Adaptation Syndrome (GAS)
(alarm, resistance, and exhaustion)?
#3 Have you seen an example of how a person's perception of an event was
more important than the event itself? For example, a boyfriend leaving may have
been perceived as much more catastrophic than it actually was.
#4 If you were to develop a clinic to reduce stress, how would you measure
stress? Why do you feel this would be a good measurement of stress?
#5 What are some of the sources of stress you have found in your own life?

etc., helped you deal with and reduce stress?
