Timeline for my Grandfather.
1908 – Born in New Jersey on a Farm. Youngest of 8 siblings.
1928 – Went away from home to Chicago. First sibling to go to college.
1932 – Continued studying college in France. Learned French.
1934 – Got married to my grandmother.
1938 – Got a job selling textbooks from his car.
1942 – Joined the military to fight in WW 2. My mom was born.
1965 – Worked at same textbook company since 1938. Promotion to VP.
1970’s – Used to take me fishing and talked about school and world news.
1980’s – Helped me decide my future.
1992 – Died.
