Hugh Muir is a writer at the Guardian who has specialised in reporting London. Previously he was at the Evening Standard and before that worked elsewhere in Fleet Street Nick Raynsford is MP for Greenwich and Woolwich. He was formerly Minister of State for Housing and Planning and was Director of SHAC, the London Housing Aid Centre, 1976-86. Ed Richards is Chief Operating Officer at OFCOM.
