The EDHEC OLYMPIA Alternative Investment Summer Camp Admissions Office will only consider complete
applications. Please use the following checklist to make sure you have completed all application
requirements before sending in your application file.
You will be contacted in writing as soon as the Admissions Committee has made its decision concerning
your admission.
CHECK LIST
 Application form: Profiles 1 through 6 completed; statement of integrity signed.
 Profile 3: make sure your GMAT or GRE score sheet is attached. If you are requesting a waiver, attach a
one page explanation of the grounds on which you are seeking this exemption and copies of all supporting
documents.
 Profile 3: make sure official transcripts of grades and copies of each of your higher-education degrees and
related professional certifications (plus certified translation if not in English or French) are attached. If you
have not yet graduated, please send an official progress report with expected graduation date.
 Profile 5: if you answered the essay at the bottom of the sheet, make sure your answer on a separate sheet
is stapled to the Profile 5 sheet.
 Profile 6: make sure any language test scores already received are stapled to the Profile 6 sheet.
 1 copy of your passport (or national ID for EU citizens)
 If you are a citizen of a French-speaking African country residing in the EU, please attach a copy of your
resident card (or equivalent) as well as documents showing that you may freely travel to France.
 A personal resume.
 An original essay of no more than 1,000 words, explaining why you deserve the EDHEC OLYMPIA
Alternative Investment Scholarship and how it would affect your professional career development.
 1 recommendation letter written in English or in French by a professor or a practitioner.
