Approval of the Minutes – approved
Guest Speakers –
a. Reeve Union Council (RAC) – Nikki – construction to start on Reeve Algoma
Entrance this summer, visit Reeve website click here on Reeve Revamp site,
current schemes, UW credit union will move this winter to the CopyThis and
Reeve Marketing location. The renovation will most likely take a year and finish
in Fall 2016. Please give feedback on the Renovation site.
b. Men in Nursing been here for a while now take some initiative to be recognized
by OSA, national recognized, mission statement and goal support men in nursing
but anyone can join. Nursing number one or two major here on campus we work
to assist upcoming Freshman, Faculty and mentors, look for volunteering run with
the cops and hands on Oshkosh guest speakers every meeting, trips and
networking opportunity.
c. Math Club – four years ago there was a Math Club on campus, write monthly
article, math professors know more than just Professor led seminar interesting
topic in the Math community. Field trips, guest speakers. Math jeopardy to help
club get off the ground, movie nights and discuss it Good Will Hunting.

OSA Directors – Director Parson if permanent residents outside of WI – plan on
registering to vote, need two things, Voter ID card and Titan Central will print out
the proof of enrollment that you need at the poll for free, the replacement is $2.
OSA Office Manager – (Rae Ann - wetzelr@uwosh.edu ) – TitanLink Tip of the
Day, Student Allocations Budgets due tonight at 6:00 pm, email to
sacbudget@uwosh.edu
OSA Advisor – (Sharon – kipetzs@uwosh.edu) – Election meetings– first on one
Friday to discuss Wisconsin Elections in terms of the documents needed for
verification. Take back the night this week, something happening every night.
Wednesday is take back the night.
Speaker Pro-Tempore – (Jackie Lemerond – osaspeakerpt@uwosh.edu) – If you
are late just let Jackie know and she will mark you as attending the meeting
Speaker of the Assembly – (Nicole Lehto – osaspeaker@uwosh.edu) – complaints
and compliments replace of Irks and Perks. RSOT sign in sheets not enough, if
you got an email that if you did not attend and got an Oct 9 at 4 – 5:30 pm

fund working on this a year and a half and they will have an official 5:00 pm
meeting. Student reps this weekend state issues. Interim Chancellor Roter to

Discussion –
a. E-Cigarettes – tabacoofree.com. Ignite wanted to add there is not research to
support if they are safe or harmful peer review and papers, reps from student club
orgs and represent whole club. Chancellor Roter is an administrator using a
devise in the building can ask you to stop but cannot force you to stop
b. Budget Verification Mechanism – last year mechanism purpose of this with talks
in allocations of club/orgs misusing funds that are allocated each year, turned over
curb any misuse of spending, we will randomly check 10 clubs each semester, if
everything ends up, if this does not work have every club turn in a tax report
comes from the entire student body, too many clubs allocations cannot meet the
financial demand

a. Hands On Oshkosh – Saturday, October 11 9 AM – 1 PM, Reeve Union Ballroom
in morning given assignments group is and Nicole will take more volunteers if
she can squeeze you in done by 1 pm. RUB Halloween carnival Oct 30 from 4 to
6 games or craft rub@uwosh.edu by October 24. Oshkosh Gaming Society Oct
11 6 to 10 Outlast snacks and candy. Hockey Club paint the rink by YMCA all
donations go to that for Hockey Club. Pagan this Thursday taro read about
fortune told by a member that is skilled in taro reading Reeve 217 at 6:00 pm on
Thursday. Tomorrow at 6:00 at the Alumni Welcome Conference Maria Gomez
issues minority at a while high school.
