Ameerah McBride, Director of Equity and Affirmative Action – Dempsey 211, diversity in hiring, responsible for sexual assault policy and procedures on campus, and American Disability Act . Affirmative Action annual by federal and state turn over to the sate March 31st. Director Oday, Titan 9 Federal Statue associated and gender equity in sports, university campus environment assuring any allegation is investigated, training and where students may go if Titan 9. New employees and students developing the program previous experience in by stander intervention where to report if you are sexually assaulted new students at Odyssey but all students have to be trained as of July 1, 2015. How will this be implemented: shaping up to look, fourth week sit down and have a conversation Dr. Roter to see how we will effectively implement an on line program a student led programs that they can train each other peer on peer. b. Marty Strand, Assistant Director for Dining Options and Kelly Kramp, Reeve Memorial Union Marketing Manager: Changing University Dining hours, Garden Toss, Pizza Hut Express, and Sub Connection will be open until 8:00pm with B&G Grill closing at 6:30pm. This will be a trial period after spring break, if many complaints they hours will be switched back. Tapingo Pre-ordered meals. PSSA: Is there a cost to the university? How do they make the money? University does not pay for it, credit card or Titan dollars and get a percentage from those. College republicans: Can the Tapingo app also be on a desktop? Answer: Yes. Can you use Titan Dollars? Answer: Yes but not meals. MUN not standing in line. How will the pickup work? Answer: Prints out a yellow slip still have to go to register that you did not pay for yet, different slip printer at each location, order comes in and specific pick up spot. How can you make sure that no one else is picking up your food? Answer: They will double check. Optimists Club If you want to use a meal then you have to wait in line? Answer: yes Titan Meal better value at Blackhawk or Scotty’s. Internal Business Club cap on meals prices? Answer: they will be the same not an increase in price at this time. Oshkosh One: When is this predicated to launch? Answer: data lines moved could be later than after spring break but earliest is after spring break, March 30th. Pagan student Alliance order them and not wait in line what will happen with the over flow of orders? Will there be enough staff to make the orders? Answer: need to feel our way through it, will accept your order but the earliest you can pick it up c. Lisa Goetsch, Reeve Memorial Union Reservations Coordinator – not in attendance VII.
