In the past there have been many discussions about funding this and I think it is beneficial for everyone including TAB that we understand the amount of work these students do. o Refer to recording for the exact wording I would imagine these positions offer some incentive for applications after graduation. Would people work for a smaller stipend because of their incentive for resume additions o A smaller stipend reduces the quality of work o People don’t show up o Professionalism is important o Some workers don’t have a theater major or minor. Do you play as UWO club o Depends on the tournament.
