To identify a possible research topic, consider your personal interests—your hobbies or favorite people, places or things. Write these in the circle.
On the lines, enter topic ideas related to that topic. Consider sub-topics that have an angle—a change or controversy, connection to recent events
or local issues—related to the topic. For example, if you like football, your might list recent rule changes, player behavior off the field, new
stadium funding, controversial coaches, etc.
